Started in the kitchen of a single Mom from Oak Grove, MO in
1998. I baked cheesecakes for fun, for fund-raising
donations and to raise money for the Community Service

4/4/09 - I'll admit, I was not a big
fan of cheesecakes until I had a
slice of Melody's Cheesecake! I
started with a half slice of Vanilla
Bean and it was so good my taste buds
DEMANDED the other half! My second
slice was Apple Streusel. What can
